You say you lurked here for a long time before posting, so you must have observed that, for the most part, we are a tight-knit friendly group of people who like to argue. There's absolutely no reason that people who disagree about things can't be friends, or at least courteous. My observation is that you are friendly with a group of people who agree with you. That's your prerogative, but it's offensive when you insult people you disagree with. The fact that you came here, and decided to post, suggests to me that you would like to try things a different way. In fact, things you have posted recently indicate that you have agreed to do so. Am I wrong?
