Wow! That really is putting himself on the line. $2.3M of his own money one presumes. Of course, he may be a billionaire, but even so, it sends the right message. Good man. I can't remember ever seeing a new CEO ever spend his own money on stock. They usually wait for cheap options to vest. P.
