BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1999--Vstream, the leader in Internet communications, announced today that @viso (Atviso), a joint venture of SOFTBANK and Vivendi, will fund and coordinate Vstream's expansion into the European Internet market.
