Orex Gold Mines Corp. Announces Negotiations With Arch Mining Company
CORAL GABLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1999--Orex Gold Mines Corp. (OTCBB:ORXX - news) is pleased to announce that it is has entered into negotiations for the acquisition of Arch Mining Company.
Arch Mining has gold and silver properties near Wickenburg, Arizona. This reserve is next to Orex's present Santa Maria property and will enhance Orex's land and reserves. This is the first of several acquisitions to come for the company.
