Was Dr J. talking about all handsets (GMS, TDMA, CDMA), or just CDMA in the 1 billion?

I believe he said total subscription. But by 2003 I expect everything to be 3G (or some such thing), so will pay at least royalty to Q. I
averaged the royalty, asic profit and other income all in one bucket and said: how about $5 per handset? The purpose of my analysis was to come up with a bare minimum for Q price say in about 3yrs time frame. I like to do a "NO FAIL" type of analysis (for normal circumstances - i.e no nuke war or US taken over by European's etc.) before stop looking at the stock price on a daily basis.

Now you start throwing in the 1B, 3G phones to startwith before even getting into the steady state cycle of replacement (that I used into my calculation)..... Off to the moon, we go.
