(Nasdaq: ITWO - news), the leading provider of intelligent eBusiness solutions, today announced that Philips Consumer Electronics has selected i2's RHYTHM(TM) software as part of its global business process re-engineering project. The solution will provide decision-making support across Philips' global supply chain, and forms the foundation for any future e-commerce. Philips Consumer Electronics is a global top three company in the fields of audio, video, communication and information technology. With the selection of i2's RHYTHM suite of products, both parties have entered into a strategic relationship. PCE may be interested to expand the scope of the partnership into further business application areas in due time as well as to identify areas of mutual interest for joint development programs.

PCE is the second company within the Philips group to choose i2 as its business partner. The solution will be integrated with Philips' existing SAP/R3 system.
