Ox,

As someone who is new to the concept of Max-pain, do you find that the indices and specifically the QQQ have a better than average history of moving toward that number coming into expiration? I'm unclear. I understand the logic of the individual issues but not the compilation issues (unless index maxpain is equal to the average maxpains of the contributing issues). I have decided to try trading just the QQQ so I am putting together all of the pieces that I believe will give me a good feel for forecasting it's movements.
