BB:" SPX-500 T/A " yeah; when SPY failed to crack ~134.6 it told me that the intermediate trend had changed - that DownTrend Line you drew is now the operative, intermediate trend. Dunno 'bout H&S, bobby - just looks like a DownTrend channel to me. But if you can discern a H&S pattern, you should be able to project a downside extent ? right now, I got near-target around SPY 122.5 area; far-target around 119.5 area; "Load The Boat" at ~114.5 area; and, "Bet The Farm" at ~106. Still, we're gonna need more of a catalyst than INTC to break the market down from 124.5 +/-2 YTD BASE. -Steve
