ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Rhythms NetConnections Inc. (Nasdaq: PSIX - news), the first and largest facilities-based, commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP), today announced a partnership to offer Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service in seven markets.
