Gary, that's analog data although I'm sure GTE is planning a CDMA data network as we speak. I'll tell you what. Maybe if you climb down off that high horse you've been sitting on,then some us mere mortals can help bring you up to speed on the wireless data/voice revolution that is currently underway. You will need to quit basing all your opinions on your rear-view mirror and it would be appreciated by myself if you would refrain from your favorite but repetitive posts in which 3Com's track record is horrible, they can't grow out of it, Eric the terrible, etc. I think we all know 3Com has made some mistakes and, like all corporations, may make some more. I see nothing wrong with bringing these things up in a manner constructive to the discussion, especially when you can tie it in with real-world examples.

But I (for one) am reluctant to take time out of my day to educate others when the best they can do is post a link and say "please comment on this." It is much more productive to read the material and ask specific questions about the parts you don't understand or are unsure about. By doing this you are increasing your odds of receiving a knowledgeable answer. I don't think anyone will laugh at you if you reveal an area that you don't know much about.
