Ed, I believe INTC met or exceeded the expectations in number of CPU's sold. They disappointed on the ASP and thus margin. The competition between INTC and AMD is win-win for MSFT. The lower the price of PC's, the more PC's sold, and the more Windows 98, Works or Office packages packed with each one. Based on the number of PC's sold it should be a very good quarter, unless they want to hide some of their earnings(if they can) because of the DOJ case. -Marc
