Hi Jannikins,
Just to expound on the real estate betwixt 38% and 0%, last year we got down to 16% and in 1987 we got down to 8%.

Watching the S&P was very interesting today. Normally you would expect to see at least some peaks and valleys along the way down...all we had was some platforms before things started selling off again. Kinda eerie to watch...

But I have been bearish for a while, so I may be biased in my interpretation.
