ACRI owns 67% of Soundview. It would not surprise me if they try to purchase the rest of this business. It makes sense. The 33% private ownership would get a multiple on their earnings instead of net-asset value, and the ACRI shareholders would get all the earnings from the company.

That said; there are 28M new TV's sold each year in the USA. i believe we will see a royalty of about 1.50 per TV. The attornies will take a piece of it. The rest goes to the bottom line. You do the calculation.
