I am totally against what SI/The Internet calls 'front running' I never ever trade before I pick a stock (which is every now and then<--picking a stock)..nor do I get in before I post...but! but as Mr. MIller said, the SEC defines it as a broker with a licesnse doing it...he is making the purchase and then running it up for himself.. TJ is not making the decision for them..TJ doesn't pull the trigger, they do!!! So, it isn't front running in my book..especially when he says very clearly on his site that he ALREADY owns the stock before you do... As muich as Anthony has said and all these connections he has to the MEIDA, the SEC knows what Tokyo Joe is doing.. Anthony, you just gave me a stat, straight up from the SEC . . . if he was front running, dontcha think they would shut him down??????? I repeat, you gave me a stat right from the SEC!!! And the SEC defines front-running... FM
