Newcomer's question (since mkt. closed) For you experienced out there. Has the mkt. always been this skittish? I mean, my son walked in this am and asked "well, what's this one? A mm pass gas on the trading floor and it sold off on a conspiracy over it?" Are the ups and downs usually this pronounced? Did stock prices rise last year on int. rate declines? Or is this maybe a result of the increase in info available to a public that's not quite sure how to interpret it all yet? (me?) I'm glad I don't have much in it yet, until I learn more, it's small for me, but is this what we need to learn to live with yáll think? I mean, I'm not giving up, there's always our local kava-kava-bar, complete with trading screens-what a combo. Any learned thoughts out there? Thanks
