Like I said, this type of situation "breeds" illegal activity. That is what the SEC needs to dig up in my opinion. I beleive it is there too. What makes him pick certain stocks over others?? Sure, most are just calls to keep the members trading. But what makes him scream out to buy a company facing bankruptcy?? Or a company with no product or revenues to really speak of. Is it always just a daytrading call?? Ya see, I don't think it is.
But again, I'm just speculating.
