They do have a number of contracts for marketing their "Prime Care" software...Here are the agreements announced:
4/10 Prefered Care, Inc.
2/28 Admin American Corp.
2/12 HealthCare Strategies, Inc.
1/3 Revenue Enhancement Professionals, Inc.
12/11 Professional Management System

It seemd that the last couple of announcements caused the price to jack up quickly.

This company holds potential due to their thus far unrealized hardware, as well...so I agree with you that it is a good LT prospect...
