Is a $50 stock undervalued if it was once $150???

Ask NTBK holders if they thought 50 bucks was cheap b/c it was 50% off of it's highs, they're suckin wind at 22 and change.

This sector is a double whammy, both an interest rate sensitive financial and an Internut.

Short interest is growing and I see SCH testing new lows below 18-20.
