Charles - <I do believe Intel is going to Cu for 0.13. But, I have no idea how firm that commitment is and if that precludes going to 0.13 in Al. May be people like PB, Paul can shed some light in that area.> .13 is targeted to be a Cu process. This has been publicly commented on for several months by members of executive staff. I can't comment on schedule. PB
