Wonder why no insiders seem anxious to pick up this bargain - and yes, I know all about diversification blah, blah, blah - funny that CPQ guys are buying, what about diversification there? C'mon, can't buy 1 share? Not 1? LOL! After the stock is off over 70% from its high?

SFD,

When ASND dropped from 80ish all the way down to 22, no insider bought any shares. Not even 1 (until a new CFO was installed at/near the bottom). During that long, painful drop, the only thing insiders did was sell, and sell they did, amounting to considerable sales of ASND stock at each quarterly window.

One-half year later, ASND was at 60 and, weeks after that, was bought out by LU, taking it up to about 100.

Getting back to NITE, I think that the insider sales by people like KP have been minimal compared to other tech stocks I've watched. I just wouldn't take this to be a sign of anything.
