Charles, Re:"selling flash biz" I had heard rumors a few months ago that this might happen. However it seems to me that they decided to flog the communications biz instead. I think mid 2000 once Dresden is up and fab 25 starts flash transition will be the perfect time to sell or merge it. Sales may well be at $1.5Bn/yr run rate by then and they may well be able to get 1-2x sales or well above my $2bn target. In fact if the stock stays where it is they should push this as a way of raising the stock prices to fair values. I tend to agree that they should focus on the CPU and embedded CPU biz and get out of memory while the going is good - in the middle of a boom cycle. regards, Kash
