Lot more activity over at Ragingbull.com on this stock. There are usually posts over there most days. Been holding this stock for a while. I recently got some questions answered by Netaxxi's Investor Relations. 1) Currently Netaxxi is trying to get listed on the Nasdaq and my concern is that it has been a very long time since you applied for a listing. What is the outlook of getting listed on the Nasdaq Exchange? We are still in the process of trying to get listed on the NMS. The process has obviously taken longer than anyone has anticipated, however, we still don't know when the timing of a movement would be. 2) If you do not get listed on the Nasdaq Exchange will you apply for a small cap listing on the Nasdaq? This would certainly be a consideration. 3) I've been told and read that your stock price must be at $9.625 so the market cap would meet the Nasdaq requirements is this correct? The market value of public float has to be over 20 million. The outstanding float is around 2.2-2.4 million shares so that looks to be about right. 4) Any particular reasons for the recent downward pressure on the stock price? We believe that the downward pressure on the stock price is due to people losing interest in the stock, because they has so eagerly anticipated the NMS movement for so long. This long anticipation has caused a lot of people to lose faith in the company. As you probably well know, the movement down over the last 3 week has been on light volume. Regards, Mike Michael W.
