TLC and all--Daniel Miller came over on the Flame thread and had a discussion about front running there. Message 11482839 My feeling is that this post reveals him to be a market shark. That 'not illegal so nothing is wrong with it' brands him as far as I am concerned. His site to my mind is for his advantage. I pity those who trust him. We had a discussion also on the usage of the term front running. The SEC's usage is a legal one and the fact that they do not use it in the same manner as the rest of the market doesn't mean they are the final arbitrator of the use of the term. Regardless of the legality of it, ethically it is a low, disgusting thing to do. All the Best Druss
