Metastock does P&F ( see my site) and can use a lot of different quote feeds. Keep it simple - Futures will have to get all the way up to 791 before they are in buy program trigger area due to the closing sell off in futures today. We can be up in the 300 area and still be in sell program land. I just looked and we are at 600 now so though it is a good sign, I won't celebrate until it holds. I actually wanted to see a morning sell off so I could get calls cheaper during the climatic plunge. A mild up day would not make me bullish and the only other up day that might work would be a strong one that formed a tweezer bottom in candle sticks and I doubt we can move up that much. A mild up day may be the set up for a larger drop Friday or Monday. If the PPI is bad at all with all the inflation fear out there, it could get real ugly real fast. Remember that my short term signals can often be one day events and the large drop in the BKX and trannies is not to be taken lightly. PS - I will get back to you on your other thing. I haven't had time to try and mess with it and will try to do so this weekend. The war games we are playing leaves me no time for anything right now but Friday is the last day.
