Fatt Matt, The government is like one huge sloth, you never know what they are doing and or why, NEVER!..They are some of the best and someo fteh worst people I have ever known, for the most part , many are realy great people, but then there are others who are the scum of the universe.They are drunk with power, and all too often, they miss the point..

You canot guess hwt they will do, all uyou can do is make weducated decisions. Stay Tuned matt,, they will make their intentions clear someday.
