Art, This post was to Betty, but I had you in mind when I wrote it... Message 11532295 I looked on the back of the Kodak Picture Card and the usual SanDisk patents are written there... #5070032 #5172388 #5418752 #5602987 I have not seen other CF cards that list patents on the back. As you have stated here, Art, the Lexar Media patent infringement suit remains an unknown quantity. It is surprising that so little is mentioned on c.c.'s about this. I am glad you asked about it. I would have liked to ask Eli if he anticipated any further infringement suits if Lexar where to be defeated. Seems like most of the analysts have no interest at all in the outcome. Go Figure.
