I am familiar with the traditional definition of "front-running" (what you posted is the correct legal definition) and I was in error posting a definition that I did not look up in a legal dictionary. I trust you will forgive me, and I apologize to anyone who got the wrong impression from my post. I'm guessing you are an attorney, since you took a wise-ass antagonistic tone with somebody who wasn't talking to you and never met you...and then didn't bother to address the general issue being discussed, which is people who trade in front of other people and profit from the timing.
