Nasdaq halts trading of Criticare Systems <CXIM.O> WASHINGTON, Oct 6 (Reuters) - The Nasdaq Stock Market said Wednesday it halted trading in Criticare Systems Inc. at for "additional information requested" from the company. Trading will remain halted until Criticare Systems has fully satisfied Nasdaq's request for additional information, Nasdaq said in a statement. Criticare said on Tuesday its accounting firm did not issue an audit report on fiscal 1999 financial statements included in the company's annual 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In a statement issued Tuesday, Criticare said it planned to undergo an additional audit but said the company did not expect any material change to its financial statements. Shares of Criticare did not trade on Tuesday. Trading was halted at a last price of 2-3/8. 12:24 10-06-99
