As stated yesterday Gotthard Bank has been supporting PRKR stock. One must wonder why they would do such a thing. I have found out the answer why they have been supporting the stock. Francesco Bolgiani has been a director of the Company since March 1999. Mr. Bolgiani has been Deputy Chairman of Gotthard Bank, Lugano, Switzerland since 1994. From 1968 to 1994, Mr. Bolgiani held various other positions with Gotthard Bank.
