I don't have kids - I went into their stores - but without kids didn't appreciate it. However, talking to parents like you convinced me these guys have something! They are not idiots. Frankly, the very fact they can turn a profit by selling what others are selling for 10-20% higher shoul indicate that they're offering something more than the usual store. What will be critical is to see how that translates to the web.
