A thought on rollout... They may be going to these stores first because they want to build enough bulk supply of DHTs before distributing to the Wiz..... If the Wiz is taking 3000 units they probably want to wait until they have enough to make an impact at all stores... And give early small amounts to individual stores...... My earlier point is that they could be well into distribution say sign another chain and in a few months be into the thousands of units sold and still have this lawsuit asking who gets the profits.... King of aggrivates the individual investor particularly if you have been waiting years for product introduction......... And when they release earnings whoose earnings are they ....thats what is looming over this stock........and holding back the price.. Kind of like amature hour......
