There is a very good possibility that the deal won't go through beings as the situation since the deal was struck has changed dramatically. Ashanti is not entirely solvent at present a sharp lawyer would be able to break this deal on that basis alone beings as fulfillment of the contract is not assured. For the time being it would be in Birim's best interests to go to the sidelines until a stronger partner is found.
