TSIG.com and iCanBuy.com Partner to Reach 50 Million Students; New Alliance
Lets Teens & Kids Shop Online for Music - and Earn $5 for Charity

Business Editors/Technology Writers

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 14, 1999--
TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (OTCBB:TSIG), known as
TSIG.com, today announced that it has reached a marketing agreement
with iCanBuy.com Inc. to enable kids and teens to buy myMusicCards and
music CDs and cassettes online. iCanBuy.com is the first online
money-management site for teens and kids, and facilitates purchases by
enabling parents to set up and supervise their children's financial
accounts online - with a unique parental approval system to promote
learning and safety.
As part of the agreement, iCanBuy.com will match TSIG.com's
contribution of $5 to its partner charities each time a myMusicCard
user establishes a $25 account with iCanBuy.com.
The partnership with iCanBuy.com is designed to complement
TSIG.com's school fund-raising program with Lifetime Learning Systems
in over 100,000 schools nationwide with more than 50,000,000 students,
as well as the program with the National 4-H Council with its 156,000
local 4-H Clubs and 6.5 million members throughout the United States.
"iCanBuy is the leader on online teen and kid shopping and
finance, so this is a logical partnership for TSIG.com," observed
Robert Gordon, chairman. "Parents can now easily set up accounts so
that their kids can directly buy CDs and myMusicCards, and learn about
managing their own money. We are especially pleased that iCanBuy.com
is joining us as charitable partner in our fund-raisers for schools,
4-H Clubs and other non-profits."
The charity component of the program fits with iCanBuy's overall
mission of educating young people to donate their money as well as
spending it. "This partnership puts millions of students in touch with
iCanBuy, and at the same time lets them make a contribution to
charity, just by opening an account," said Paul Herman, iCanBuy.com
CEO.
