TARPON SPRINGS, Fla., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- NuElectric Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NRGE - news) is pleased to announce that it has filed Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC'). Upon approval and acceptance by the SEC, NuElectric will begin filing regular quarterly and annual reports with the commission.
