The technology, and any new tools that M/D was working on, are now the property of the creditors of MatriDigm. The Bankruptcy courts will determine how they are disposed of. The 2 main creditors are Lynx Venture Partners and Zitel. I have just obtained the following information from the US Court System website: MatriDigm Corporation filed a petition under Chapter VII with Northern District of California U.S.B.C. - San Jose Division. The Debtor In case number is 9956644. Their Tax ID number is 94-3233785. It was filed on 10/12/99. The trustee is Jerome E. Robertson. The Judge is James R. Grube.
