Yeah, Tom. Damned either way is exactly what it means. This deal sucked from the word "go", and structured in such a way as to leave us stranded no matter what. It's almost criminal how Motro handled this. There's no outlet. Seek is sunk. After being a shareholder for so long, waiting for Motro to produce, watching it hit that momentary high of 100, this is just a travesty. I should have sold in the 80s, and want to kick myself for thinking that Motro would put the best interests of the shareholder first.
