This is very strange. Usually anal-ysts upgrade a stock after a 10% earnings up-surprise (40c/shr vs consensus of 36c). And usually, we witness a selloff after such a report. Well, the selloff was certainly there, but today was unusual. After the earnings up-surprise, Paine Webber downgraded the stock from attractive to neutral - WHY? That is the question!

Seems like the perfect time to buy such a stock - when nobody wants it! Thank you Paine Webber. This seems very unusual behavior for an anal-yst.
