I too urged Tom to channel monies to Dom and Jim. For concrete example, Marc Richter and I could have a major sign up tomorrow at 6 pm, but without funds to advertise our auction - all goes for nought. Note the success of the Amish site; that is because Sharon Tillson (the owner of the Amish Country Store) sunk some of her own money into the web search engine GoTo. Thus when people utilize GoTo to research the Amish, the number 1 spot is: ECNC The Art Auction. Dom and Jim and Mike Reamer have many more ideas, BUT THEY NEED FUNDING. Cook Island (and this is my read on it; Tom's may be different) does "swap" shares of ECNC for cash. There is an exact formula based on daily volume. According to this formula, it would be better for us to get the cash when ECNC stock price is higher. It's a nice safety valve to have, however. manny vavolizza
