Just saw the interview with TYCO CEO. In so many words, he said this Tice guy was full of sh!t. He said the company is doing great and will report very strong earnings. Also, they're looking into possible legal action if it turns out some fund was benefiting from this selloff. Apparently, short interest in this stock is unusually high. I've never seen a CEO come on TV and speak out like he did. Good luck! Keith
