Excluding goodwill from the headline EPS numbers is more than a tiny bit funny. It's not like they broke out acquisition-derived revenue from the headline sales number; this was clearly a PR exercise. They really missed by four cents, not two cents per wire (or zero by Intel thread), if you include the goodwill. The goodwill is from 'old' acquisitions, and should be in every analyst's model. -mb
