I sent an email to Derek IR following up on the questions raised in len's post. Received the following response today: "Who ownes the LAK Ranch project Derek Resources or Power Direct? Actually both companies do. Derek Resources has a 75% working interest and Power Direct has a 25% working interest. Power Direct just acquired their 25% interest from our old partners Rising Phoenix. Derek Resources just announced a $5million US deal with Batemans Enginering and have just started work on the property. Thanks for your continued support. Stephen"
