Advanced Deposition Technologies, Inc. Announces New E-Commerce Sites: www.microwavecook.com and www.microheatnserve.com
TAUNTON, Mass., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Deposition Technologies, Inc. (A.D.TECH) (Nasdaq: ADTC) has introduced two websites to sell the Company's microwave cooking products. For the first time, consumers will be able to use the internet to purchase A.D.TECH's patented microwave cooking bags, recipe books, instructional videos and a microwave diet plan.

As part of A.D.TECH's strategy to introduce its microwave products to as many consumers as possible, the Company will be offering its cooking bags for free on a variety of websites dedicated to food and cooking. Before year-end, A.D.TECH's website will include additional microwave cooking aids, books and products with the intent of becoming a primary online source for microwave cooking products.

A.D.TECH has recently hired Kathleen Spellman as Director of Information Technology. Ms. Spellman will be responsible for a variety of MIS projects including expanding the Company's web presence for e-commerce and customer service. A.D.TECH's web site, www.adtc.net, was first introduced in June 1999 for the purpose of providing the availability of the full range of the Company's products over the internet. The introduction of www.microwavecook.com and www.microheatnserve.com represents the Company's efforts to reach the growing number of consumers who are using the internet to purchase cooking products and food.

A.D.TECH is a technology and market leader for metallized thin films, coatings and components thereof. Currently, the Company has primary product divisions in markets for electronic capacitors and microwave food packaging. The Company either owns or has licenses to more than 36 patents and 10 patents pending. On a selective basis the Company has licensed its proprietary thin film technologies and patents to market share leaders who can accelerate the revenue and earnings growth of A.D.TECH's unique products and technologies into larger scale commercialization.
