Still it's impressive that it's above $310. Only a few weeks ago we were saying that we would be lucky if it could stay above what was it $294? This dip is not really a sign of weakness but of strength and a confirmation that the powers that be couldn't beat gold down anywhere near below $300. There's some powerful people and institutions in the US that desperately want gold to stay down but are unable to keep it down. Gold bugs are going to win for at least the balance of this year.
