Cal - I hope item 3 the PP was noted as it impacts the Balnce sheet and NOT the income statement as It surely is not booked as revenue.

And was the sale booked a sa one time revenue - I am going huntinmg for the details on SEDAR - I hate those NRS - damn year end with no Income statements
