TRANSFORMATION PROCESSING DECLARES 1-FOR-25 REVERSE SPLIT Oct 14 1999 11:43 Missisauga, Ontario, October 14, 1999 - Transformation Processing, Inc. (OTCBB: TPII) announced today that effective upon the commencement of trading on Friday, October 15, 1999, the Company's Common Stock will be traded on a 1-for-25 reverse split basis. The Company is exploring a possible merger with an E-Commerce business and other viable alternatives in order for it to emerge from bankruptcy proceedings, but there can be no assurance it will be successful.
