..we have sent people out toiday to their stores, to compare their stuff and they dont sell a single thing that cant be purchased somewhere else for 10-20% less.

I'd like to know what items they were comparing. I shop at Toys R Us, Zany Brainy and occasionally Wal-Mart for childrens items, and they are NOT interchangable. For example, I got my son's tricycle and wagon at Toys R Us, and Brio and Thomas train stuff at Zany Brainy (which personally I prefer). This was not good research.
