This was DESPITE the fact that consensus was NOT adjusted to account for abrizio dilution.

Dozer tells me it would have been around $0.275 without the acquisition.

Regarding taiwan, the impact may not have hit q3 at all since I don't know how long final assembly and test take after the wafers are complete.

So the outlook will be critical.

Looks like the results were pretty good to me, so i'm guessing, we'll only see downside in the sixties to seventies.
