I wish I could but I have little info and no first hand info. Here is exactly what I was told:

"As for Globalstar, they announced the pricing in Europe and the U.S. to beabout $1.37 per minute. They expect the rest of the world to be very similar to that. The Geneva conference is going far better than they expected. The breakout sessions in which they had planned to have 40 people attend each session has been a sold out event each time with over 160
interested parties at each breakout session. The interest has been much better than expected. Supposedly the system is working well and their chief concern is that not enough phones will be produced in time. they are very comfortable with their million user by the end of 2000 number. It is wait and see now. The phones for the general public will not be available until mid to late November I have been told and the rumor about a BEL-VOD alliance with GSTRF is at this point just a rumor."

I don't know what takes place at the breakout sessions but I suspect they consist of demos and info to potential sp's or retailers. Hope this helps.
