Anyone hear anything yet? Results--or rather the details, since we already know the broad sweep of the results--for DSS ought to be out by now, with the CC to begin in a couple of minutes. Robert, I will answer your post tomorrow or later tonight. I know what you are saying, but the fact is, inflation isn't here, and just because because people are getting more money doesn't mean inflation must return. What these guys really should be doing (so this novice believes, anyway) is lifting margin requirements to dampen some of the speculation that is going on. That would put a lid on the frothier parts of the stock market, and would cool down some of the nervousness (after the initial downward move), and wouldn't hurt the legitimate parts of the economy. But mroe later, maybe in a PM. Best, Sam
