Mr. Heaven and Telepanel departed company at the end of last year. I was led to believe that his departure was mutually agreeable. I can only speculate that Mr. Heaven was impatient with the companies lack of progress and that the company (Mr. Skillen?) was perturbed with Mr. Heaven's inability to arrange financing. The classic "chicken and egg".

I was told at the time of Mr. Heaven's departure that Mr. Miller had appropriate training and would assumed his duties.

Given some of the misunderstandings which resulted from my numerous discussions with Mr. Heaven during the "Summer of 98", I considered his departure a positive development. I think Mr. Heaven was challenged to contribute and overly enthusiastic in his interpretation of the developing issues. On a positive note, I would say Mr. Heaven was one the folks who got me to seriously consider the risks/rewards of a TLS investment.

ps I have also considered that Mr. Heaven's change of venue may have been an unexpected outcome of the ERSI Fiasco.
